Before any concrete is poured, we verify your site preparation and steelwork alignment. Once poured, we thoroughly inspect the concrete slab dimensions, level accuracy, and structural integrity. Catching foundational deviations early prevents costly structural issues down the track.
We cross-examine your standing wall and roof frames directly against the manufacturer’s certified engineering drawings. Our Adelaide inspectors check timber or steel member spans, tie-downs, load-bearing paths, and lintels to guarantee your home's skeleton is perfectly sound.
This phase evaluates the weatherproofing envelope of your home. We inspect external brickwork, Hebel, or lightweight cladding alongside the external roof cladding. We ensure everything is strictly compliant with Australian Standards to prevent future water ingress.
Our internal lining finish audit covers the final structural integrity and visual alignment of your wall sheets to ensure they are straight and flush. We also perform a quick, reassuring check on the insulation and service lines housed behind the walls just before they are permanently sealed.
We verify the installation of second-fix carpentry and joinery against the approved construction plans, while executing a strict compliance check on bathroom and laundry waterproofing boundaries prior to tiling. This step protects your home's layout integrity and shields wet areas from future leaks.
Conducted at the practical completion stage, this final inspection is an exhaustive visual check covering all building aspects including painting and tiling finishes. We pinpoint any aesthetic defects or lingering issues before handover, ensuring your builder addresses them under your statutory warranty period.
We represent your interests in any compliance issues, complaints or conflicts, and work between the builder/trade and you, as our client, to ensure the build is on track both financially and legally.
