Getting a pre-purchase building inspection before you purchase your new home or investment property is a smart move.

Here is what you can expect from our building inspections.

Nothing get’s past our inspectors. One of our highly qualified inspectors will come to the location of the property and conduct a fully comprehensive visual inspection using the latest in technology to detect any issues not necessarily detectable by the untrained eye.

Areas for Inspection cover all safe and accessible areas. The onsite inspection is comprised of a full visual assessment to Australian Standards 4349.1-2007 and is inclusive of all structures within 30 metres of the dwelling and within the site boundaries including fences.

The inspection report comprises a comprehensive visual assessment of the property identifying any major defects and to form an opinion regarding the general condition of the property at the time of inspection. It will include all photographs necessary to support the inspection.
